Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MEDIçãO E USO DE INTERAçõES MOLECULARES". Um processo para determinação da afinidade entre parceiros de ligação, ou de uma propriedade de um dos parceiros de ligação dependente da afinidade, compreende as etapas de: (i) colocação em contato dos parceiros de ligação, um dos quais está imobilizado em uma superfície; (ii) oscilação da superfície à amplitude crescente e (iii) detecção de um evento de dissociação. Um processo análogo pode ser usado para separar um análito alvo de uma composição. Aparelho para a determinação da afinidade entre parceiros de ligação compreende: uma superfície (10) tendo um parceiro de ligação (16) imobilizado sobre ela; dispositivo para oscilar a superfície em amplitude crescente e dispositivo (14, 15) para detectar um evento de dissociação.
