Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "AGENTE DE REVESTIMENTO CONSTITUìDO DE PELO MENOS QUATRO COMPONENTES, PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO BEM COMO SEU EMPREGO". Agente de revestimento constituído de pelo menos quatro componentes, contendo um componente (I), contendo pelo menos uma resina oligómera ou polímera com grupos funcionais, que reagem com grupos isocianato, como aglutinante (A), um componente (II), contendo pelo menos um poliisocianato como agente de reticulação (F), um componente (III), o qual contém água e é essencialmente isento de copolímeros de acrilato (A) dissolvidos ou dispersos na mesma e um componente (IV) sólido, de partículas pequenas, o qual contém pelo menos um copolímero de acrilato (A) sólido, de partículas pequenas, hidrossolúvel ou dispersível; bem como um processo para a preparação de um revestimento de um agente de revestimento constituído de pelo menos quatro componentes, no qual (1) se mistura pelo menos um componente (I) com pelo menos um componente (II), pelo que resulta a mistura (I/II); (2) se mistura pelo menos um componente (III) com pelo menos um componente (IV) sólido, de partículas pequenas, pelo que resulta a mistura (III/IV); depois do que ou disperge-se e/ou dissolve-se (3) a mistura (I/II) na mistura (III/IV) ou (4) a mistura (III/IV) é dispersa e/ou dissolvida na mistura (I/II); a mistura resultante (I/II/III/IV) é aplicada sobre a superfície a ser revestida e a camada úmida endurece.
