Abstract

COMPOSIçãO LUBRIFICANTE E MéTODO DE REDUZIR O TORQUE EM UM COMPONENTE DA COLUNA DE PERFURAçãO GIRATóRIA. Um método de reduzir o torque de uma coluna de perfuração usada em perfurar um poço subterrâneo que inclui injetar no fluido de perfuração uma composição incluindo um fluido base, e um material de sólido coloidal revestido com polímero. O material sólido coloidal revestido com polímero inclui: uma partícula sólida tendo um diâmetro de partícula ponderal médio (d50) de menos que 10 mícrons, e um agente de dispersão polimérico revestido sobre a superfície da partícula sólida durante o processo de cominuição (isto é, trituração) utilizado para produzir as partículas coloidais. O agente de dispersão polimérico pode ser um polímero solúvel em água tendo um peso molecular de pelo menos 2000 Daltons.
