Abstract

一种用于钻井过程中的堵漏组合物,由纸纤维、粒状石灰石和生石灰组成。该组合物用水配成浆液,注入漏层后,可形成堵塞物,防止泥浆漏失,采用压裂酸化的办法又可将堵塞物清除,从而达到对该诸塞层的油气进行开采的目的。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于钻井过程中的堵漏组合物。
在US-4289632中公开了一种硅藻土堵漏组合浆液,它包括碎纸屑2~30%、硅藻土55~98%和生石灰0~15%。这种组合物用水配成浆液,注入漏层后,可形成堵塞物,防止钻井泥浆漏失。当钻井完毕,需要开采该堵塞层的油气时,又必须想法清除这些堵塞物。其中一种常用的办法就是压裂酸化。然而,这种堵塞物却不能和酸发生反应,即不能采用压裂酸化的办法将其清除。
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种可酸化的堵漏组合物。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种堵漏组合物,其特殊之处在于由纸纤维7~30%、颗粒为80~200目的石灰石55~80%、颗粒为70~180目的生石灰3~15%组成,各组份的总和为100%。
本发明优先选择的成份范围是:纸纤维10~20%,颗粒为130~170目的石灰石70~80%,颗粒为130~170目的生石灰5~10%,各组份的总和为100%。
本发明最佳的成份是:纸纤维15%,颗粒为130~170目的石灰石80%,颗粒为130~170目的生石灰5%,各组份总合为100%。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:由于该堵漏组合物中石灰石的含量很高,而石灰石又可以和酸发生反应,所以,该堵漏组合物不仅可以堵塞漏层,防止钻井泥浆漏失,而且还可以采用压裂酸化的办法清除堵塞物,对该堵塞层的油气进行开采。

1、一种用于钻井过程中的堵漏组合物,其特征在于由纸纤维7~30%、颗粒为80~200目的石灰石55~80%、颗粒为70~180目的生石灰3~15%组成,各组份的总和为100%。
