Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MANCAL DE BORRACHA COM LIMITAçãO RADIAL DE CAMINHO E CANAL DE MEIO DE AMORTECIMENTO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um mancal de borracha com limitação radial de caminho e com pelo menos um canal de meio de amortecimento no qual, entre o elastómero que cerca a peça interna e um porta-canal com canal de meio de amortecimento ou com uma luva introduzida, são configuradas câmaras para um meio de amortecimento. A tarefa da invenção é criar um mancal de borracha do gênero no qual o comprimento do canal de meio de amortecimento no porta-canal pode ser configurado variável para a realização de diferentes qualidades de amortecimento com simultânea montabilidade fácil do porta-canal. A tarefa é solucionada pelo fato de que o porta-canal apresenta, na região das câmaras, recessos para a saída e a entrada do meio de amortecimento os quais, ligados pelo canal do meio de amortecimento um ao outro, são dispostos na periferia do porta-canal sempre na região dos elementos de apoio e opostos a eles e de que no contorno interno do porta-canal e/ou no contorno externo do elastómero, na região das superfícies de batente, para a limitação radial de caminho, são configurados rebaixamentos para a inclusão de meio de amortecimento, quando do embate do elastómero na correspondente superfície de batente.
