Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MANCAL DE BORRACHA DEAMORTECIMENTO HIDRáULICO COM ELEMENTO DEDESACOPLAMENTO". A invenção refere-se a um mancal deborracha de amortecimento hidráulico com elemento dedesacoplamento para o desacoplamento do efeito deamortecimento do mancal de borracha em relação a forçasintroduzidas radialmente no mancal com pequena amplitude deexcitação. A tarefa da invenção é a de criar um mancal, o qualpossui além de facilidade de montagem uma grande medida deflexibilidade com vista a região de amplitudes desacopláveis. Omancal é constituído de modo conhecido por uma bucha, querecebe uma peça interna, um elastómero que envolve a peçainterna com câmaras para líquido hidráulico e um porta-canal compelo menos um canal incorporado que liga as câmaras. A tarefa ésolucionada, de modo que é utilizado como elemento dedesacoplamento um elemento de construção separado a serinserido em uma reentrância no porta-canal, o qual é constituídopor uma carcaça em forma de moldura e por uma membrana fixadana carcaça oscilando de modo livre. O elemento dedesacoplamento e a reentrância no porta-canal são configuradosde tal modo que a membrana do elemento de construçãoposicionada dentro do mancal pode realizar um movimentodirecionado radialmente entre o porta-canal e a bucha externa.
