Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CORREIAS TECIDAS PARA MáQUINAS COMERCIAIS"<D>. Correias de fusor de camadas múltiplas tendo uma camada de pano tecido e uma camada elástica de energia de superfície baixa e de alta capacidade de conformação. A camada de pano é feita de fibras de alto módulo, resistentes à alta temperatura e tecidas entre si em ângulos agudos na circunferência das fibras de correia. A camada de pano forma um substrato com um esticamento preferencial ao longo da circunferência da correia de fusor. A camada elástica é ligada à camada de pano e é feita de um material de durómetro baixo, altamente conformável e tendo uma tensão de superfície baixa. Quando a correia de fusor é parcialmente envolvida ao redor de um cilindro acionado de modo a formar uma região de garras com um cilindro de pressão, a correia de fusor estica na direção do movimento da correia. Conforme a correia de fusor atravessa a região de garras, a correia de fusor se contrai, liberando a tensão de superfície e reduzindo, desta forma, a aderência entre a correia de fusor e o toner fundido.
