Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ABERTURA" Um dispositivo de abertura que pode ser fechado (2) possuindo uma estrutura (15) que define um furo vazado (16) e encaixado em torno de uma parte perfurável (4) de uma embalagem vedada (1) para produtos alimentícios despejáveis; uma tampa rosqueada removível (17) que rosqueia na estrutura (17) para fechar o furo (16); e um elemento de corte tubular (18), que engata o furo (16) de forma móvel ao longo de um caminho de alimentação em espiral, é conectado angularmente à tampa (17) durante o desengate da tampa (17) da estrutura (15) quando se abre a embalagem (1), e possui uma borda de extremidade (40) por sua vez possuindo, na face, um único cortador (55) agindo ao longo de uma parte principal (C) da periferia da parte perfurável (4) para abrir a embalagem (1).
