Abstract

"MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE MOTOR ELéTRICO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE MOTOR ELéTRICO E MOTOR ELéTRICO". Descreve-se um sistema de controle de motor elétrico, um método digital de controle de motor elétrico, e um motor elétrico. O sistema de controle de motor elétrico de N fases compreende um microcontrolador (10), um conversor A/D (30) associado ao microcontrolador (10), um conjunto de medidores de tensão (D~ N~) associados ao conversor A/D (30), um conjunto de chaves (SW~ 2N~) ligadas a uma tensão elétrica (V~ BARR~) e associadas ao microcontrolador (10), o microcontrolador (10) seletivamente alimentando através de pelo menos duas chaves (SW~ 2N~) duas fases (F~ N~) do motor (20) com a tensão (V~ BARR~) durante um período de tempo (T~ pos~), o movimento do motor induzindo as tensões elétricas (E~ N~), o conjunto de medidores (D~ N~) medindo os sinais de tensões elétricas (f~ N~) e comparando essas tensões entre si para determinar o período de tempo (T~ pos~). Descreve-se também o cálculo de um parâmetro, denominada H(r), utilizado para ajustar os instante de comutação de acordo com o tipo construtivo do motor. O parâmetro apresenta dependência com a rotação do motor. é previsto também a utilização de uma técnica de filtragem digital para eliminar os efeitos da modulação sobre o método de controle. A filtragem é caracterizada pela média aritmética das últimas k amostras de cada tensão elétrica média (f~ N~) sendo essas amostras sincronizadas com o período de modulação.
