Abstract

<B>PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO CATALìTICA DE FASE GASOSA<D> Na reação de oxidação catalítica de fase gasosa por meio de um reator do tipo carcaça e tubos, adaptado para circular um meio de aquecimento para a carcaça do reator, por meio de um dispositivo de circulação, conectando um conduto anular ao mesmo, um processo para oxidação catalítica de fase gasosa caracterizado pelo fato de que submete uma parte do meio e aquecimento extraído da carcaça do reator à troca do calor, introduz o meio de aquecimento resultante da troca de calor nas proximidades de uma entrada de circulação de meio de aquecimento, no lado de entrada do dispositivo de circulação ou o conduto anular no lado de saída do reator. Prefere-se que a razão de fluxo do meio de aquecimento após a troca de calor esteja na faixa de 2 - 40% em volume, com base na razão de fluxo do meio de aquecimento dentro da carcaça do reator e a diferença de temperatura do meio de aquecimento na entrada e na saída estando na faixa de 15 - 150°C. De acordo com esta invenção é possível reduzir-se uniformemente os pontos quentes nos tubos de reação, aperfeiçoar o rendimento do produto desejado e implementar uma reação de oxidação catalítica de fase gasosa de propileno ou isobutileno.
