Abstract
"MéTODO DE OXIDAçãO CATALìTICA EM FASE VAPOR DE UMA SUBSTâNCIA A SER OXIDADA COM UM GáS CONTENDO OXIGêNIO MOLECULAR POR MEIO DE UM REATOR MULTI-TUBULAR". Método de oxidação catalítica em fase vapor, que é capaz de: remover eficientemente calor da reação; evitar a formação de pontos quentes; e obter, de modo eficiente, um produto desejado. Em particular, um método de realizar oxidação catalítica em fase vapor de uma substância a ser oxidada com um gás contendo oxigênio molecular por meio de um reator multi-tubular, o reator multi-tubular compreendendo: uma carcaça de reator cilíndrica equipada com um orifício de suprimento de matéria-prima e uma saída de produto; condutos circulares múltiplos dispostos em torno da carcaça do reator cilíndrica e usados para introduzir um meio térmico ao interior da carcaça do reator cilíndrica ou para conduzir o meio térmico para fora da mesma; um dispositivo de circulação para conectar os condutos circulares múltiplos um ao outro; tubos de reação múltiplos restritos através de placas de tubos múltiplos do reator e tendo um catalisador acomodado nos mesmos; e placas defletoras múltiplas dispostas em uma direção longitudinal do tubo de reação e usados para alterar uma direção do meio térmico introduzido ao interior da carcaça do reator, em que o método compreende: executar uma reação de oxidação catalítica em fase vapor sob condições tais que o coeficiente de transferência de calor do meio térmico seja de 1.000 W (m^ 2^.K) ou superior.
