Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MATERIAL EM MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS PARA ELEMENTOS DESLIZANTES E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PRODUçãO"<D>. Processo para a produção de elementos deslizantes é descrito em que um revestimento de chumbo - estanho - cobre é aplicado através de eletrogalvanização ao produto pré-fabricado, semi-acabado, e em que um banho de eletrogalvanização, ternário, livre de fluoroborato, é usado sem avivadores e com a adição de agentes umedecedores não-iónicos e ácido alquil-sulfónico livre. Após a deposição do revestimento galvânico, um tratamento térmico é realizado na faixa de temperatura de 150°C a 200°C durante entre 1 e 100 horas. O material em múltiplas camadas para elementos deslizantes compreende pelo menos um forro e um revestimento de 12 a 16% por peso de estanho e 7 a 11% por peso de cobre, o resto sendo chumbo. O revestimento compreende 15 a 25% por peso de partículas de composto intermetálico Cu6Sn5.
