Abstract
Методът се използва за извличане и отделяне на органични вещества от реакционни газове, по-специално получени при синтеза на акрилонитрил или метакрилонитрил. Чрез него се повишава степента на извличане, като не е необходима сложна апаратура. Методът включва охлаждане в колона чрез смесване на газовата смес с охлаждаща течност. Охлаждането се извършва в горната част на колоната и охлаждащата течност се подлага на десорбция в долната част на колоната. Устройството представлява колона с горна охлаждаща секция (2) и долна десорбционна секция (3),включваща освен това захранваща тръба (4) за газовия поток и захранваща тръба (5) за охлаждащата течност, свързана с разпределително приспособление (6). Под десорбционната секция (3) е разположена захранваща тръба (8) за абсорбционния газ. Над приспособлението (6) в охлаждащата секция (2) е разположен капкоуловител (7).
