Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 유기 물질을 이들이 존재하는 기체 혼합물로부터 상기 기체 혼합물을 컬럼에서 급냉시켜 분리하는 방법으로, 컬럼의 상부에서 기체 혼합물의 급냉(quenching)을 수행하고, 컬럼 하부에서 이 급냉 액체를 스트리핑(stripping)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 도입된 기체 혼합물을 급냉 액체 스트림과 직접 접촉시켜 급냉시키고, 이어서 이 급냉 액체 스트림을 불활성 기체와 접촉시켜 스트리핑하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 도입된 기체 혼합물이 아크로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴 합성으로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 합성에서 형성된 반응 기체들이 아크릴로니트릴, 프로필렌, 암모늄, 산소, 질소, HCN, CO2, CO, 아세토니트릴, 아크롤레인, 아크릴산, 푸마로니트릴, 니코티노니트릴, 옥사졸, 아세트산, 물, 보다 고급의 니트릴, 알데히드 및 케톤을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 기체 1 ㎥ 당 0.5~8kg, 바람직하게는 0.7~5kg, 특히바람직하게는 0.8~2kg, 특히 1~2kg의 급냉 액체, 바람직하게는 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴 또는 메타크릴로니트릴의 합성에 이용된 프로필렌/이소부텐 1 몰 당 0.1~5몰, 바람직하게는 0.5~3몰, 특히 0.75~1.5몰의 불활성 기체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 사용된 불활성 기체는 아크릴로니트릴 합성에서의 흡수로부터의 흡수체 폐기 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- a) 상부 급냉부 및 하부 스트리핑부를 가지고,b) 상기 급냉부 아래에 반응 기체 스트림용 측면 공급 설비를 갖고, 급냉부 위에 급냉 액체용 측면 공급선을 더 가지며,c) 상기 급냉부 위에 급냉 액체를 컬럼 내로 도입시키는 액체 분배기를 가지고,d) 스트리핑 기체용 공급선이 상기 스트리핑부의 아래에 위치되며, 컬럼의 바닥 용적 위에 또는 바닥 용적의 높이에 배치되고,e) 컬럼의 바닥 용적이 펌프로 구동되는 공급선을 통해 급냉부의 액체 분배기에 연결되며,f) 임의로, 바닥 용적의 일부가 측면 방출선을 통해 컬럼으로부터 방출될 수있고,g) 새로운 급냉 액체용 공급선이 바닥 용적의 높이에 존재하며,h) 생성물 기체 스트림 방출용 방출선이 컬럼의 최상부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,급냉 및 스트리핑이 수행될 수 있는 제 1항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 컬럼.
