Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод и устройство за определяне на температурната стабилност на водно-въглеводородна емулсия, податлива на разделяне на фазите, чрез следене на измененията в теглото с гравиметричен датчик, част от който е потопена в сместа. Методът включва първа стъпка на охлаждане или нагряване на емулсията до предварително определенатемпература и втора стъпка, през която емулсията се поддържа с тази температура. Кривата на изменението на теглото във времето позволява определянетона събраната твърда маса и на скоростта на разделяне в две фази чрез определяне наклона на тази крива, а оттук - стабилността на емулсията се получава чрез сравнение с еталонни емулсии, за които се знае, че са стабилни.
