Abstract

Методът се състои в комбинирането на два последователни етапа за обработка. Праховидната материя сезагрява в тунел за изпичане (1) при температура между 220 и 3600С в подходящи условия за формиране на голяма част от калциевия сулфат от разновидност . Така загрятата материя термично се закалява в устройство за охлаждане (2) в среда от студен и сух газ с цел стабилизиране на анхидрида и блокиране на развитието му в други кристалографски разновидности. По метода се получава ново течно свързващовещество с тегловно съотношение на анхидрид над 35%, което е с подобрени огнеустойчивост и якост.
