Abstract

Invenţia se referă la producerea cimentului şi poate fi utilizată la prelucrarea termică a amestecului de materii prime de ciment pe calea procedeului uscat. Scopul invenţiei constă în intensificarea procesului. Conform procedeului enunţat o parte din gazele de evacuare din cuptor sunt dirijate în calcinator, iar altă parte este malaxată cu partea fluxului de gaze de evacuare din calcinator înaintea treptei schimbătorului de căldură, amplasat nemijlocit în faţa calcinatorului, totodată fluxul malaxat este pompat în una din ramurile schimbătorului de căldură, iar cealaltă parte a fluxului de gaze de evacuare din calcinator în altă ramură.
