Abstract

Invenţia se referă la producerea cimentului şi poate fi utilizată la prelucrarea termică a amestecului de materii prime de ciment pe calea procedeului uscat. Scopul invenţiei constă în intensificarea procesului. În procedeul solicitat la început gazele sunt dirijate din cuptorul de rotaţie în treapta schimbătorului de căldură multiciclon, amplasat pe materialul din faţa calcinatorului. Apoi gazele de evacuare din calcinator se malaxează cu gazele din schimbătorul de căldură multiciclon şi sunt dirijate în două fluxuri egale în ramurile schimbătoarelor de căldură multiciclon.
