Claims (4)

  1. 분쇄된 원료가 가소기에서 탈산성화되며 그에 따라서 가마에서 연소되며 또 가소기에서 탈산성화되기 전에 가마 및 가소기로 부터의 배기가스에 의해 흐르는 배기가스흐름에 의한 다단 열교환에 의하여 두 개의 평행한 열로된 열교환단계에서 예열되며, 분쇄된 원료가상기열 각각의 열교환단계로부터 다른 열 각각의 열교환단계로 전달되는 세멘트 제조공정에 있어서, 가마로부터의 배기가스흐름이 분쇄된 원료의 흐름통로에서 가소길 바로 앞에 있는 부가의 열교환단계에 있는 분쇄된 연료에 열을 전달하도록 하며 가마로 부터의 배기가스가 그에 따라 가소기로 부터의 배기가스흐름과 혼합되며 또 혼합된 배기가스의 최종흐름은 열교환기의 열교환단계의 두 개의 열로 균일하겔 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세멘트 제조공정.
  2. 1항에 따른 제조공정에 있어서, 혼합된 배기가스의 부분흐름이 방출되기 전에 재조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세멘트 제조공정.
  3. 1항 또는 2항에 따른 제조공정을 수행하기 위해 탈산성화된 분쇄된 원료를 연소키기이 위한 가마, 가마앞에 있는 가소기, 가소기 앞에 있으며 가마와 가소기의 배기가스라인에 연결되며 두 개의 평행한 열로배치된 열교환유니트로 구성되는 다단 열교환기로 구성되며, 상기 열 각각의 열교환유니트의 분쇄된 원료출구가 상기 열의 각각 다른 열교환유니트의 분쇄된 원료입구에 연결되는 장치에 있어서, 가소기로부터의 배기가스라인과 분쇄된 원료의 흐름통로에서 가소기 바로 앞에 놓이며 가마로 부터의 배기가스라인에 직접 연결되는 부가의 열교환 유니트의 가스출구가 두 개의 열로된 열교환 유니트의 가스입구에 연결된 혼합실에 연결되는 것으로 특징되는 세멘트 제조공정.
  4. 3항에 따른 장치에 있어서, 혼합실로부터 공급된 두 개의 열로된 열교환유니트가 통상의 배기가스송풍기에 연결되는 것으로 특징되는 세멘트 제조공정.
