CONSISTE EN REALIZAR UNA FIJACION CON VAPOR SATURADO DURANTE MENOS DE TREINTA MINUTOS Y A UNA TERMPERATURA INFERIOR A 140 C ENTRE LAS FASES DE ESTIRADO Y RASGADO DE LAS FIBRAS, EFECTUANDOSE DICHO RASGADO CON UN ESTIRADO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE EL 40 Y EL 60 POR 100 EN LA ZONA DE CALENTAMIENTO, A UNOS 120-160 C. LAS FIBRAS SON POLIMEROS CON MAS DE UN 50 POR 100 DE ACRILONITRIO, Y SE ELABORAN HACES DE HILOS HILADOS EN SECO, ESTIRANDOSE EN UNA PROPORCION ENTRE 1:2 Y 1:3, Y A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 65-75C.
