Abstract
Extrait d'herbe, en particulier d'un membre de la famille des labiacées, tel qu'un extrait de romarin ou de sauge, réalisé avec des solvants de la qualité alimentaire acceptable, sous une forme qui est totalement soluble dans l'huile, dépourvue de matières prooxydantes et décolorée, permettant d'obtenir une forme améliorée d'herbe aromatisante et/ou antioxydante, et procédé de transformation d'un extrait d'herbe brut sous la nouvelle forme, par l'utilisation de solvants de la qualité alimentaire et sans modification chimique.
