Abstract

Formation d'une masse réfractaire par projection, contre une surface, de particules oxydables et de particules réfractaires dans un gaz porteur. Le mélange de particules (2) est entrainé le long d'une conduite (12, 14) en direction de l'orifice de sortie (0) d'une lance (1), dans un gaz porteur et de l'oxygène est introduit dans cette conduite en au moins un point de celle-ci (13) situé à un endroit tel que cet oxygène est mélange au mélange de particules/gaz porteur avant d'atteindre la sortie (0) de la lance (1). Le mélange projeté brule en dégagant suffisamment de chaleur pour fondre les surfaces au moins des particules réfractaires. Application à la réparation à chaud de parois réfractaires.
