Abstract

Vitrine réfrigérée pour produits surgelés dutype à cuve (2) munie d'une ouverture supérieure (3) qui donne accès aux produits et d'une paroi avant transparente (5). Cette vitrine possède une plaque transparente (10) montée dans la cuve (2) parallèlement à la paroi avant (3) et à une distance prédéterminée de celle-ci; il se forme ainsi entre la plaque (10) et la paroi frontale (5) un intervalle qui est ouvert sur la cuve en bas et en haut. Il s'établit de cette façon sur la paroi avant une circulation d'air qui s'oppose à la formation de condensation.
