  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 商品に接するための頂部開口部および少なく
    とも１部分透明な正面壁を設けた型式の特に、冷
    凍商品および深冷商品用の冷凍シヨーケースにお
    いて、前記透明正面壁に対して平行に且つ前記透
    明正面壁から所定の間隔を置いて、前記トレー上
    に支承された透明板状体を備え、前記壁と前記板
    状体間には、上端および下端共、前記トレーに対
    し開口した空隙を形成することを特徴とする冷凍
    シヨーケース。 ２ 前記間隔が、１cm以下でないことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載した冷凍
    シヨーケース。 ３ 前記透明板状体が、前記商品を入れた前記ト
    レーの上端に相当し、前記正面壁よりは低い高さ
    まで、上方に伸長することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載した冷凍シヨーケー
    ス。
