Abstract

Ce dispositif d'alimentation pneumatique concerne les machines à tisser sans navette avec insertion de deux ou plusieurs fils de trame (1,2) au moyen d'éléments tels que buses de lancement (5,6) et buses-relais (10), alimentées en air comprimé selon des séquences. Un automate (25) relié à un support de programmes des séquences d'insertion (26), pilote d'une part des électrovannes (12,16) placées sur les arrivées d'air comprimé (13.17) vers les éléments d'insertion (5,6,10) et d'autre part des organes de commutation (20,21) permettant d'alimenter ces éléments d'insertion (5,6,10) sous au moins deux pression distintes (P1, P2; p1,p) sélectionnées en fonction des caractéristiques des fils de trame (1,2) à insérer. Les organes de commutation (20,21) sont par exemple des détenteurs proportionnels permettant d'asservir la pression d'air dans un réservoir (18, 22).
