Abstract

Un transducteur de pression optique intégré (10) comportant un diaphragme (12) constitué d'un verre à faibles pertes est disposé à l'endroit où des changements de pression doivent etre mesurés. Une boucle de guide d'ondes optique (18) formée sur une surface du diaphragme fait office de cavité annulaire dans laquelle la différence entre les fréquences de résonance varie avec la pression, mais non avec la température. L'invention est utilisée pour mesurer la pression dans des milieux ambiants hostiles.
