Abstract

La machine comporte un rouleau d'attaques (40) pouvant tourner auprès du bord coupant d'une lame (62) pour saisir la couche de peau et tirer le produit vers la lamee, et, au-dessus du rouleau d'attaque, une voie d'amenée (74) dans laquelle le sens de déplacement du produit est inversé de façon que celui-ci soit dirigé vers l'utilisateur quand il sort de la voie d'amenée et est saisi par le rouleau d'attaque. La sécurité est accrue du fait que la lame n'est pas tournée vers l'utilisateur.
