The present patent application relates to certain improvements to the mechanical kneader aimed at the tilting mode of the tank, in addition to a device for driving the tank. The tilting of the tank is characterized in that the pivot of the tank is arranged in a sleeve integral with a console whose end is articulated on a shaft or axis forming a spacer between the flanges or frame of the mixer which has the advantage to bring the tank with the material which it contains to a suitable height for the / great ease of evacuation, and seci without any special maneuver and without the aid of auxiliary devices.
The entrainment of the tank is effected by a friction roller in contact with the underside of the edge of the tank, the said roller being integral with

a gear driven by the machine shaft, and mounted on a lever shaft biased by an adjustable tension return spring
In order to bring out the above description more clearly, the appended drawing represents an elevational view of the kneader provided with the improvements envisaged.
Referring to the attached figure, the tip of the kneader is represented by the bowl by the bowl 8 comprises a shaft or pivot 6 housed in a sleeve 7 integral with the arm or console 8, articulated on an axis or horizontal shaft 9.
A housing; it comprises the drive shaft 5 of the wheel 19, on which is wedged the shaft 20 carrying the arms 3, and at 13 a wheel or pinion of the wheel 12 integral with the friction roller 11 , in contact with the face 10 of the underside of the edge of the tank.
The pinion 12 and its roller 11 rotate freely on the end of the lever 14 articulated at 15 to a support 16 and provided with. its opposite end of an operating handle 17 below which is arranged a tension spring 18 whose tensile force can optionally pull adjusted as desired, in order to keep the gears 12 and 13 in engagement, the adjustment of the handle 17 disengaging gears 12 and 13.
Considering the description above, when one wishes to perform the emptying, the head 4 of the oscillating mixer is raised, along the axis of the shaft 5, then the tank is tilted upward in the direction of the arrow , around axis 9, see partial drawing of the tank

As for the device for driving the tank, it is easily understood. In fact, when the wheel 12 rotates, the latter involves the toothed wheel 12 and from there the friction roller 11, which consequently drives the tank 2. by means of the face 10 of its edge in contact with the said roller Il *
It goes without saying that in carrying out the improvements envisaged, other details or construction methods can be provided.
