Abstract

Behälterverschluss (11) zum Verschließen der Ausgießöffnung (29) eines Behälters (13) mit einem Behälterhals (15), der Behälterverschluss (11) aufweisend eine Verschlusskappe (17) mit einem Außenmantel (21) einen offenen Rand (25) aufweisend und einer an den Außenmantel (21) anschließende ersten Kopfplatte (27). Ferner weist der Behälterverschluss (11) ein Halteelement (19) mit einem Haltering (33) auf, welcher in die Verschlusskappe (17) einsteckbar ist und mit dieser verbunden ist und mit einem Garantiering (39), welcher dazu ausgebildet ist an einem an dem Behälterhals (13) ausgeformten vierten Vorsprung (43) gehalten zu sein. Der Haltering (33) ist mit einer Mehrzahl von Garantiestegen (45) mit dem Haltering (33) verbunden, wobei das erstmalige Öffnen des Behälterverschlusses (11) durch Bruch der Garantiestege (45) anzeigbar ist. An dem Garantiering (39) ist wenigstens ein erstes Halteband (47) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Ende und einem ersten und zweiten Rand ausgebildet. Das erste Ende ist mit dem Haltering (33) fest verbunden, das zweite Ende ist mit dem Garantiering (39) fest verbunden, der erste Rand ist mit wenigstens einem ersten Sollbruchsteg mit dem Haltering (33) lösbar verbunden und der zweite Rand ist mit wenigsten einem zweiten Sollbruchsteg mit dem Garantiering (39) lösbar verbunden.
