Claims (2)
- AT 393 961 B Vollwert-Stuten-Trockenmilchpulver Stutenmilch zählt aufgrund ihrer hohen biologischen Wertigkeit als Immunsdmulator. Die kurze Haltbarkeit sowie kühle Lager- und Transporttemperaturen (bei -8 bis -18 °C ca. 1/2 Jahr haltbar) standen einer weiten Verbreitung von Stutenmilch entgegen. Um Stutenmilch für längere Zeit lagerfähig zu machen, boten sich bisher drei unzureichende Möglichkeiten an, der Milch Wasser zu entziehen: 1) Gefriertrocknung (unwirtschaftlich) 2) Sprühtrocknung (hochwertige Proteine werden zerstört) 3) Evaporation (als Rückstand bleibt eine amorphe Masse mit begrenzt»* Lagerfähigkeit). Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt daher ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von gut haltbarem Vollwert-Stuten-Trockenmilchpulver mit der biologischen Wertigkeit nativer Stutenmilch. Sie wird wie folgt dargelegt: Verfahren zur Herstellung von gut haltbarem Vollwert-Stuten-Trockenmilchpulver mit der biologischen Wertigkeit nativer Stutenmilch, verabreichbar in Form von Gelatinekapseln, anderer oral»* Arzneiformen sowie topischer Emulsionen, durch Evaporation, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Milch vor der Evaporation hochdisperses Siliziumdioxid zur Verbesserung der Rieselfähigkeit, Alpha-Tocopherol und Citronensäure zur chemischen Stabilisierung und Xanthan zur physikalischen Stabilisierung zugegeben werden. Mit dem angemeldeten Verfahren wird ein Trockenpulver gewonnen, das den galenischen Anforderungen (Rieselfähigkeit, chemische und bakterielle Stabüität) gerecht wird, ohne die biologische Wertigkeit zu beeinträchtigen (niedrige Evaporationstemperatur). Es werden eine einfache Lagerfähigkeit und geeignete Fließeigenschaften, um das Pulver in Gelatinekapseln abzufüllen, erzielt. Beispiel: Frisch aufgetaute Stutenmilch wird mit 0,05 % Alpha-Tocopherol, 0,01 % Citronensäure sowie 0,2 % Xanthan versetzt, 0,4 % Silizium dioxydatum dispersum werden eingerührt, alles wird (mit dem Turrax) homogenisiert und anschließend bei 38 °C und bei 10 mbar evaporiert PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung von gut haltbarem Vollwert-Stuten-Tiockenmilchpulver mit da* biologischen Wertigkeit nativer Stutenmilch, verabreichbar in Form von Gelatinekapseln, anderer oraler Arzneiformen sowie topischer Emulsionen, durch Evaporation, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Milch vor der Evaporation hoch-disperses Siliziumdioxid zur Verbesserung der Rieselfähigkeit, Alpha-Tocopherol und Citronensäure zur chemischen Stabilisierung und Xanthan zur physikalischen Stabilisierung zugegeben werden.
