  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Textilie aus einem Vlies mit lamellenförmig verlegtem Flor und thermoplastischer Bindung. 



  Um Textilien zu entwickeln, die neben Voluminösität und anderen ursprünglichen Eigenschaften nicht gewebter Textilien auch einen hohen Widerstand gegen wiederholtes Zusammendrükken mit sich bringen, wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, ein Vlies durch Ablegen des Primärflors in Lamellenform herzustellen, das dann durch thermoplastische Bindemittel verfestigt wird. 



  Dadurch entstehen Textilien, die sich durch eine senkrechte Ausrichtung der Fasern zur Vliesoberfläche auszeichnen und die gewünschten Festigkeitseigenschaften besitzen. Solche Textilien eignen sich besonders für wärmeisolierende Füllungen, Filtriereinrichtungen u. dgl.. Diese neu entwickelten Textilien haben sich durchaus bewährt, zur Verfestigung und Bindung müssen aber in das Faserflor thermoplastische Bindefasern eingemischt werden, die nach der Ablage des Primärflors in Lamellenform durch Hitzeeinwirkung zur Bindung des Flors führen. Die Thermoverfestigung erfordert daher die Verwendung von Kunstfasern zur Aufbereitung des Flors, was den Aufwand der Florherstellung erhöht und vielfach unerwünscht ist.

  Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Textilie der eingangs geschilderten Art zu schaffen, deren Florbindung auch ohne im Flor integrierte Bindefasern gewährleistet ist. 



  Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass der Flor des Vlieses vorzugsweise ausschliesslich aus Naturfasern hergestellt und mittels einer ein-oder beidseitig unter Hitzeeinwirkung aufgebrachten Oberflächendeckschicht gebunden ist, wobei die Oberflächendeckschicht aus einem Thermoplast-Gitter bestehen kann. 



  Es hat sich im Gegensatz zur Auffassung der Fachwelt herausgestellt, dass die Thermoverfestigung eines bindefasernfreien Flors durch eine auf einer oder beiden Floroberflächen aufgebrachte Deckschicht ausreicht, den erforderlichen Zusammenhalt des Vlieses zu gewährleisten, da die Scheitelbereiche der aus dem Flor gebildeten Lamellen an der Deckschicht haften und der Flor damit auch ohne integrierte Kunstfasern entsprechend verfestigt wird. Damit ergibt sich auch die einfache Möglichkeit, reine Naturfaserflore zur Vliesherstellung zu verwenden und die Thermoplaste auf die Deckschicht zu begrenzen.

   Dabei ist die thermische Bindung zwischen Deckschicht und Flor stark genug für die erforderliche Florbindung, sie ist aber auch schwach genug, um gegebenenfalls die Deckschicht von der fertigen Textilie wieder abzulösen, so dass bei der Verarbeitung der Textilie die Deckschicht entfernt werden und das Endprodukt ein reines Naturfaservlies enthalten kann. Als Deckschicht eignen sich verschiedenste Folienbahnen u. dgl., wobei vor allem aber Thermoplast-Gitter bevorzugt sind, da sie durch ihre Netzstruktur die Durchlässigkeit des Flors

  Eine nicht gewebte Textilie besteht aus einem Vlies 1 mit einem lamellenförmig verlegten Flor 2 und einer einseitig unter Hitzeeinwirkung aufgebrachten   Oberflächendeckschicht   3, beispielsweise ein Thermoplast-Gitter. Durch die Lamellenform des Flors sind die Fasern zur Deckschicht 3 querorientiert und es entsteht ein Vlies, das sich bei grosser Voluminösität durch beträchtliche Festigkeit gegen ein Zusammendrücken auszeichnet. Durch die Bindung mit der Deckschicht 3 ist die   Thermoverfestigung   des Vlieses 1 unabhängig von im Flor integrierten Kunstfasern, so dass ein Flor 2 verwendet werden kann, das ausschliesslich aus Naturfasern besteht. Dazu können beliebige Rohmaterialien, wie tierische und pflanzliche Wolle, beispielsweise Schaf-oder Baumwolle, in reiner und auch gemischter Form eingesetzt werden.

  1. EMI4.1 EMI4.2 Flor (2) und thermoplastischer Bindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flor (2) des Vlieses (1) vorzugsweise ausschliesslich aus Naturfasern hergestellt und mittels einer ein-oder beidseitig unter Hitzeeinwirkung aufgebrachten Oberflächendeckschicht (3) gebunden ist.
  2. 2. Textilie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächendeckschicht (3) aus einem Thermoplast-Gitter besteht.
