  Verfahren zur   Herstellung   lagerfähiger haltbarer Toxin- oder Serumpräparate zur
Bereitung hochverdünnter Lösungen. 



   Viele   Toxine. wie Sera u. dgl. müssen   vor ihrer   Verwendung   in der Praxis stark vprdiinnt werden. Da diese Präparate meistens nur in konzentriertem Zustand haltbar sind. hingegen in   hochverdinntem   Zustand verwendet werden, resultieren in der Regel grössere Flüssigkeitsmengen. die aber nur zum geringen Teil ihrer Bestimmung zugeführt werden können. Dadurch ist die Verwendung von   Präparaten.   die erst vor dem Gebrauch verdünnt werden sollen. vielfach für den praktischen   Gehrauch ungeeignet.   



   Nun hat sich ergeben, dass   die Präparate   bei   völliger Eintrocknung   besonders haltbar sind. Diesem Umstande kann man im allgemeinen   schwer Rechnung   tragen, da diese Trocken-

   Sohin werden erfindungsgemäss lagerfähige   Präparate,   welche späterhin in   hochverdiinnten   Lösungen Verwendung finden, in der Weise hergestellt, dass geringe Mengen des wirksamen Stoffes in einen Behälter abgefüllt und in demselben nach unmittelbar anschliessender Einengung bis zur Trockene unter Vakuum   eingeschmolzen   werden. Dieser Behälter wird hierauf miL einem die abgemessene   Verdünnungslösung   in sterilem Zustande enthaltenden anderen Behälter luftdicht zu einer   Doppelampulle   verbunden. Die   Lösung,   welche hiebei in den ersten Behälter eingefüllt wird. ist zu ihrer leichteren Abmessung vorteilhaft unmittelbar vor der Abfüllung verdünnt worden, so dass ihre genaue Dosierung erleichtert ist.

   Die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Behältern der Doppelampulle hingegen erfolgt in an und für sich bekannter Weise

   Lots of toxins. like Sera u. The like. Must be strongly vprdiinnt before their use in practice. Since these preparations can usually only be kept in a concentrated state. on the other hand, if they are used in a highly diluted state, larger amounts of liquid usually result. but only a small part of them can be used for their intended purpose. This makes the use of supplements. which should only be diluted before use. often unsuitable for practical ear smoke.

   Thus, according to the invention, storable preparations which are later used in highly diluted solutions are produced in such a way that small amounts of the active substance are filled into a container and, after immediately subsequent concentration, are melted under vacuum to dryness. This container is then connected airtight to a double ampoule with another container containing the measured dilution solution in a sterile state. The solution that is poured into the first container. has been diluted immediately before filling to make it easier to measure, so that it is easier to dose it precisely.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of storable, stable toxin or serum preparations for the preparation of highly diluted solutions. which per se are not durable, characterized in that small amounts of the active substance are filled into one container of a double ampoule, advantageously after dilution has taken place, in measured amounts, and are then melted under vacuum after the immediately subsequent concentration to dryness, whereupon this container is hermetically connected to the other container containing the measured dilution solution. so that when the first container is opened compared to the second, a sterile solution is obtained. ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
