Abstract
Las presentes invenciones proporcionan células de mamífero que comprenden múltiples sitios de integración estables. Las invenciones proporcionan sitios introducidos genómicamente en un puerto seguro genómico e introducidos genómicamente fuera de ese puerto seguro genómico particular, incluso, entre otros, otro puerto seguro genómico.
