Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición estable de dispersión oleosa para uso agrícola caracterizada porque consiste esencialmente en: a) un solvente orgánico que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, de 200 g/L a 999 g/L; b) un polímero u oligómero capaz de formar enlaces de hidrógeno seleccionado de poliéteres, polialcoholes, poliaminas, polifenoles, ácidos poliacrílicos, polivinil éteres, polivinil cetonas, compuestos polivinílicos heterocíclicos, ácidos polivinilcarboxílicos, celulosas modificadas, polisacáridos, poliaminoácidos y copolímeros y oligómeros de los mismos, que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, de 1 g/L a 200 g/L, en donde dicho polímero u oligómero capaz de formar enlaces de hidrógeno comprende por lo menos uno entre polietilenglicol y polipropilenglicol; c) por lo menos un ingrediente activo disperso seleccionado de insecticidas, herbicidas y fungicidas que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, de 1 g/L a 700 g/L; d) un modificador de reología tipo arcilla o sílice que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, de 1 g/L a 200 g/L; y e) por lo menos un surfactante que comprende, con respecto a la composición total, de 1 g/L a 600 g/L; en donde la composición no comprende un solvente prótico y el solvente orgánico comprende por lo menos 70% en peso de un compuesto químico orgánico inmiscible en agua y aprótico y no más del 30% en peso de un compuesto químico orgánico polar aprótico. Reivindicación 2: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el ingrediente activo disperso comprende por lo menos un herbicida seleccionado entre las clases de sulfonamidas, sulfonilureas, ácidos arilpiridincarboxílicos, ácidos arilpirimidincarboxílicos, hidroxibenzonitrilos, anilidas, imidazolinonas, carbazonas y derivados de los mismos. Reivindicación 3: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el herbicida disperso es por lo menos uno entre triasulfuron, tribenuron, metasulfuron, tifensulfuron, flupirsulfuron, iodosulfuron, rimsulfuron, nicosulfuron, cinosulfuron, bensulfuron, trifloxisulfuron, foramsulfuron, mesosulfuron, sulfosulfuron, tritosulfuron, flumetsulam, metosulam, cloransulam, florasulam, diclosulam, penoxsulam, piroxsulam, diflufenican, imazetabenz, imazetapir, imazaquin, imazamox, flucarbazona, propoxicarbazona, amicarbazona, y compuestos de las siguientes estructuras genéricas y sus derivados: fórmula (1) y fórmula (2), en donde, Ar es un grupo fenilo polisustituido, R es H o halo y X es halo o alcoxi. Reivindicación 4: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el herbicida es fluroxipir-meptil. Reivindicación 5: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el herbicida es un ácido arilpiridincarboxílico o éster de la fórmula (3), en donde, Ar es un grupo fenilo polisustituido, R es H o halógeno y R¹ es H o alquilo C₁₋₈. Reivindicación 6: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el ácido arilpiridincarboxílico o éster tiene la fórmula (4). Reivindicación 7: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el herbicida es cloquintocet-mexilo. Reivindicación 8: La composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque además comprende por lo menos uno entre un agente antiespumante, un adyuvante, un estabilizante, una fragancia, un agente secuestrante, un agente neutralizante, un amortiguador de pH, un inhibidor de corrosión, un tinte, un perfume y otros ingredientes inertes utilizados comúnmente.
