Abstract

Un sistema de secado por aspersión electrostático para secar un líquido y obtener un polvo que comprende: un cuerpo alargado dispuesto en una posición vertical; un disposición de cierre de extremo superior y una disposición de cierre de extremo inferior en extremos opuestos superior e inferior del cuerpo alargado, respectivamente para formar una cámara de secado en el interior del cuerpo alargado; un revestimiento no estructural no metálico dispuesto en el interior de dicho cuerpo alargado en una relación de espaciamiento con una superficie de pared interior del cuerpo alargado para definir una zona de secado interior dentro de dicho cuerpo alargado; una de dichas disposición de cierre de extremo superior y disposición de cierre de extremo inferior que incluye una entrada de gas de secado para acoplar una fuente de gas de secado y para dirigir dicho gas de secado hacia dicha zona de secado; un conjunto de boquilla aspersora electrostática soportado en uno de las disposiciones de cierre; dicho conjunto de boquilla aspersora electrostática que incluye un cuerpo de boquilla que posee un conjunto de punta pulverizadora de descarga en un extremo aguas debajo del mismo para dirigir líquido a ser secado hacia la zona de secado; dicho conjunto de boquilla aspersora electrostática que posee una entrada de líquido para acoplar un suministro de líquido a ser descargado dentro de dicha zona de secado y un electrodo para acoplar una fuente de energía eléctrica para cagar eléctricamente líquido que pasa a través de dicho conjunto de boquilla aspersora para descargarse desde dicho conjunto de punta pulverizadora de descarga hacia dicha zona de secado; y un soporte dispuesto de manera perimetral para soportar dicho revestimiento de manera liberable dentro de dicho cuerpo alargado y para permitir la remoción y reemplazo selectivos del revestimiento luego del uso del sistema de secado por aspersión electrostático.
