- 前記ノズル本体が、加圧ガス供給部に接続され、前記放出スプレーチップ組立体から放出される帯電した液体を霧化するための加圧霧化空気を前記ノズル本体を通して導くための霧化ガス入口を有する、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記霧化ガス入口が、不活性ガス供給部と、前記スプレーノズル組立体の前記霧化ガス入口に導かれる前記不活性ガスを加熱するためのヒータとに連通される、請求項6に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ライナが非金属材料で作られる、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ライナが不透過性の可撓性プラスチック材料で作られる、請求項8に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ライナが透過性のフィルタ材料で作られる、請求項8に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記細長い本体が、円筒形の形状であり、鋼で作られる、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記下端部閉鎖機構が、排出ガス出口を有するフィルタ要素ハウジングであって、前記フィルタ要素ハウジング及び前記排出ガス出口を通って前記収集チャンバから出る乾燥ガスからガス中の粒子状物質を濾過するためのフィルタ要素ハウジングと、前記排出ガス出口と前記乾燥ガス入口の間に接続され、前記乾燥チャンバ及び前記乾燥ゾーンに排出ガスを再導入するための再循環導管と、前記乾燥チャンバ及び加熱ゾーンに再導入される前の排出ガスを加熱するための、前記再循環導管内の加熱要素と、を含む、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ノズル本体が細長い中空体であり、入力ヘッドが前記ノズル本体を支持し、前記液体入口が前記入力ヘッド内にあり、前記電極が、前記液体入口と連通する液体通路を有し、導電性材料で作られる細長い供給管が、細長い前記ノズル本体内に配置され、前記電極の液体通路と連通する液体通路を有し、前記供給管及び細長い前記ノズル本体が、加圧ガス供給部に接続するための加圧ガス入口を有するガス流路を形成し、前記放出スプレーチップ組立体が、前記ノズル本体の下流端部に導電性材料で作られるスプレーチップを含み、前記スプレーチップが、前記供給管の液体通路と連通する液体通路と、前記スプレーノズル組立体から液体を放出するための放出オリフィスと、を有する、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記細長い本体が、複数の円筒形モジュールと、隣接する円筒形モジュール同士を解放可能に連結するためのクイックディスコネクト継手と、を備える多部品モジュール式構成を有し、前記円筒形モジュールの少なくとも1つが、特定のスプレー用途のために前記乾燥チャンバの長さを変更するために選択的に取り外し可能かつ交換可能であり、前記ライナが、取り外し可能であり、前記乾燥チャンバの変更された前記長さに対応する長さのライナと交換可能である、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記静電スプレーノズル組立体が、前記上端部閉鎖機構内に支持される、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 複数の前記静電スプレーノズル組立体が、前記上端部閉鎖機構内に支持される、請求項15に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記静電スプレーノズル組立体が、前記下端部閉鎖機構内に支持される、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
