Abstract
Un método para controlar un sistema de biorreactor incluye proporcionar un cultivo celular en un biorreactor, en donde las condiciones en el biorreactor permiten que el cultivo celular produzca una proteína de interés (POI), medir parámetros del proceso (PP) del cultivo dentro del biorreactor mediante RAMAN, en donde los parámetros del proceso son seleccionados del grupo que consiste en concentración de nutrientes, concentración de células viables y atributos de la proteína, medir un peso predeterminado del biorreactor con el cultivo celular, extraer el medio agotado libre de células del cultivo celular empleando un primer conducto de salida a una primera tasa predeterminada, extraer las células del cultivo celular empleando un segundo conducto de salida a una segunda tasa predeterminada e introducir uno de medio fresco o nutrientes, o ambos, en el cultivo celular empleando un conducto de entrada a una tercera tasa predeterminada.
