Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un vector de ácido nucleico que comprende un promotor enlazado operativamente a: a) una secuencia polienlazadora; b) una secuencia codificante heteróloga de óvulos no Zea mays; o c) una combinación de a) y b); donde dicho promotor comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos con al menos 95% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 1. Reivindicación 11: Una planta transgénica que comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos con al menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 1 enlazada operativamente a una secuencia codificante heteróloga.
