Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un vector de ácido nucleico que comprende un promotor enlazado operativamente a: a) una secuencia polienlazadora; b) una secuencia codificante heteróloga de óvulo no-Panicum virgatum (Pavir.J00490); o c) una combinación de a) y b); donde dicho promotor comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos que tiene al menos 95% de identidad de secuencia con respecto a la SEQ ID Nº 1. Reivindicación 12: La planta transgénica de la reivindicación 11, donde dicha planta se selecciona del grupo que consiste en Zea mays, trigo, arroz, sorgo, avenas, centeno, bananas, caña de azúcar, soja, algodón, Arabidopsis, tabaco, girasol y canola. Reivindicación 17: La planta transgénica de la reivindicación 15, donde dicha secuencia codificante heteróloga tiene expresión preferida de tejido de células embrionarias.
