resumo patente de invenção: "promotores induzíveis de plantas e seu uso". a presente invenção refere-se àsdescritas moléculas de ácidos nucleicos isoladas (promotores induzíveis) capazes de dirigir a expressão em uma célula de planta. em algumas modalidades, os promotores incluem uma sequência de ácido nucleico apresentada como seq id no: 1 ou seq id noo: 2, ou uma respectiva variante. em algumas modalidades, o promotor é capaz de expressão genética em plantas de uma sequência de ácido nucleico operacionalmente ligada. são descritas plantas transgênicas ou suas partes, que podem incluir cassetes de expressão e/ou vetores de expressão, que podem ser incorporados de modo estável no genoma da planta. também são descritos métodos de regulação da expressão de um polinucleotídeo de interesse em uma célula de planta.
