Abstract
Se describen moléculas de ácido nucleico aisladas (promotores inducibles) capaces de dirigir la expresión en una célula de planta. En algunas modalidades, los promotores incluyen una secuencia de ácido nucleico establecida como SEQ ID Nº 1 o SEQ ID Nº 2, o una variante de esta. En algunas modalidades, el promotor es capaz de la expresión génica en plantas de una secuencia de ácido nucleico unida operativamente. Se describen plantas transgénicas o partes de estas, que pueden incluir los casetes de expresión y/o vectores de expresión que se pueden incorporan establemente en el genoma de la planta. También se describen métodos para regular la expresión de un polinucleótido de interés en una célula de planta.
