Abstract

Una construcción de expresión para la expresión de una fitasa en una planta transgénica que comprende: uno o más ácidos nucleicos sintéticos que codifican para una fitasa y por lo menos un elemento regulatorio que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en un promotor, un péptido señal, y un terminador, donde el uno o más ácido nucleico está operativamente conectado al por lo menos un elemento regulatorio, y comprende una secuencia que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID Nº 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 25, y 27.
