Abstract

Se describen métodos y composiciones para producir una fitasa en plantas de maíz transgénicas y luego incorporar partes de las plantas de maíz transgénicas en pienso. La enzima fitasa del pienso presenta actividad en un rango amplio de pH, y tolerancia a temperaturas que con frecuencia se encuentran durante el proceso de preparación de piensos.
