Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos para la detección de una planta de soja tolerante a herbicida DBN9004 y su método de detección, la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos de la planta de soja comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1 o su secuencia complementaria o la SEQ ID Nº 2 o su secuencia complementaria. El evento de soja transgénica DBN9004 de la presente tiene mejor tolerancia a un herbicida de glifosato y un herbicida de glufosinato y no tiene influencia sobre el rendimiento y el método de detección puede identificar de modo preciso y rápido si una molécula de ADN del evento de soja transgénico DBN9004 está contenida en una muestra biológica.
