Abstract

La presente se refiere a métodos de secuencias de ácido nucleico para detectar la planta de maíz DBN9501. La secuencia de ácido nucleico comprende SEQ ID Nº 1 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma, o SEQ ID Nº 2 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma. La planta de maíz DBN9501 de la presente tiene buena resistencia contra los insectos lepidópteros, así como buena tolerancia al herbicida glufosinato, sin comprometer el rendimiento, y los métodos de detección pueden identificar con precisión y rapidez si una muestra biológica contiene la molécula de ADN del evento de maíz transgénico DBN9501.
