Abstract
Se proporciona una secuencia de ácido nucleico para detectar un evento de maíz modificado genéticamente DBN9501 y un método de detección para el mismo, la secuencia de ácido nucleico comprende la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma, o la SEQ ID NO: 2 o una secuencia complementaria de la misma. También se proporciona un método para preparar una planta de maíz que es resistente a insectos y/o tolerante a herbicidas de glufosinato-amonio, un método para cultivar una planta de maíz que es resistente a insectos y/o tolerante a herbicidas de glufosinato-amonio y un método para proteger una planta de maíz del daño causado por herbicidas o para controlar malas hierbas en el campo en el cual se desarrolla una planta de maíz, el genoma de la planta de maíz comprende secuencias de ácido nucleico mostradas en la SEQ ID NO: 1 y/o SEQ ID NO: 2, secuencias de ácido nucleico mostradas en la SEQ ID NO: 3 y/o SEQ ID NO: 4 o una secuencia de ácido nucleico mostrada en la SEQ ID NO: 5.
