Abstract
1. Молекула ДНК, содержащая последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:a) последовательности с, по меньшей мере, 85% идентичности последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8;b) последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8; иc) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8, где фрагмент имеет геннорегуляторную активность;где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулой.2. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где указанная последовательность имеет, по меньшей мере, 90% идентичности последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8.3. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где указанная последовательность имеет, по меньшей мере, 95% идентичности последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8.4. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где последовательность ДНК обладает геннорегулирующей активностью.5. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где гетерологичная транскрибируемая полинуклеотидная молекула содержит ген, представляющий агрономический интерес.6. Молекула ДНК по п. 5, где ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, придает растениям устойчивость к гербицидам.7. Молекула ДНК по п. 5, где ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, придает растениям устойчивость к вредителям.8. Трансгенная растительная клетка, содержащая гетерологичную молекулу ДНК, содержащую последовательность, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:a) последовательности с, по меньшей мере, 85% идентичности последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8;b) последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8; иc) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8, гдефрагмент имеет геннорегуляторную активность;где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой по
Claims (20)
1. Молекула ДНК, содержащая последовательность ДНК, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
a) последовательности с, по меньшей мере, 85% идентичности последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8;
b) последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8; и
c) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8, где фрагмент имеет геннорегуляторную активность;
где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулой.
2. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где указанная последовательность имеет, по меньшей мере, 90% идентичности последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8.
3. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где указанная последовательность имеет, по меньшей мере, 95% идентичности последовательности с последовательностью ДНК любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8.
4. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где последовательность ДНК обладает геннорегулирующей активностью.
5. Молекула ДНК по п. 1, где гетерологичная транскрибируемая полинуклеотидная молекула содержит ген, представляющий агрономический интерес.
6. Молекула ДНК по п. 5, где ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, придает растениям устойчивость к гербицидам.
7. Молекула ДНК по п. 5, где ген, представляющий агрономический интерес, придает растениям устойчивость к вредителям.
8. Трансгенная растительная клетка, содержащая гетерологичную молекулу ДНК, содержащую последовательность, выбранную из группы, состоящей из:
a) последовательности с, по меньшей мере, 85% идентичности последовательности с любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8;
b) последовательности, содержащей любую из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8; и
c) фрагмента любой из SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 или 8, где
фрагмент имеет геннорегуляторную активность;
где указанная последовательность функционально связана с гетерологичной транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулой.
9. Трансгенная растительная клетка по п. 8, где указанная трансгенная клетка является клеткой однодольного растения.
10. Трансгенная растительная клетка по п. 8, где указанная трансгенная клетка является клеткой двудольного растения.
11. Трансгенное растение или его часть, содержащие молекулу ДНК по п. 1.
12. Растение-потомок трансгенного растения по п. 11 или его части, где растение-потомок или его часть содержат указанную молекулу ДНК.
13. Трансгенное семя, где семя содержит молекулу ДНК по п. 1.
14. Трансгенная кассета, содержащая группу транскрипционных регулирующих экспрессию элементов, выбранную из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 1, 6 и 8, где группа транскрипционных регулирующих экспрессию элементов функционально связана с гетерологичной кодирующей последовательностью, которая функционально связана с 3'UTR, выбранной из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO: 10, 11, 12 и 13.
15. Трансгенная кассета по п. 14, содержащая группу транскрипционных регулирующих экспрессию элементов, представленную как SEQ ID NO: 1, где группа транскрипционных регулирующих экспрессию элементов функционально связана с гетерологичной кодирующей последовательностью, которая функционально связана с 3'UTR, представленной как SEQ ID NO: 10.
16. 18. Способ получения товарного продукта, включающий получение трансгенного растения или его части по п. 11 и получение из него товарной продукции.
19. Способ по п. 18, где товарный продукт представляет собой белковый концентрат, белковый изолят, зерно, крахмал, семена, шрот, муку, биомассу или масло из семян.
20. Способ экспрессии транскрибируемой полинуклеотидной молекулы, включающий получение трансгенного растения по п. 11 и культивирование растения, где транскрибируемый полинуклеотид экспрессируется.
