Abstract
Un edulcorante natural obtenido de un extracto procesado térmicamente de una fruta de la familia cucurbitaceae, tal como el luo han guo, que comprende: al menos aproximadamente un 30 por ciento de mogrósido V sobre una base seca tal como se determina usando HPLC; menos de aproximadamente 10 mg/gramo de componentes que definen colores y sabores no deseados; menos de aproximadamente 50 ppm de componentes volátiles que definen el sabor y olor no deseados; aproximadamente un 0,5 por ciento o menos de componentes insolubles en agua no deseados.
