Abstract
Una línea de aparatos para la fabricación de tuberías y tubos de acero sin costura y un método para la fabricación de una tubería de acero inoxidable dúplex sin costura de alta resistencia para un pozo de petróleo que tiene una excelente dureza a baja temperatura, que utiliza la línea de aparatos. En la línea de aparatos para la fabricación de tuberías y tubos de acero sin costura que incluye: un aparato de calentamiento para calentar una materia prima de acero; un aparato de perforación para perforar la materia prima de acero calentada, formando así un material hueco; y un aparato de laminado para aplicar conformado al material hueco, formando así una tubería de acero sin costura que tiene un tamaño predeterminado, un aparato de enfriamiento se ubica sobre un lado de salida del aparato de laminado. Utilizando dicha línea de aparatos, una materia prima de acero calentada que tiene la composición del acero inoxidable es conformada por medio del aparato de laminado después de ser perforada mediante el aparato de perforación, y luego, utilizando la temperatura superficial de una pieza hueca antes de ser enfriada por el aparato de enfriamiento como temperatura de inicio del enfriamiento, la pieza hueca es enfriada a una temperatura de inicio del enfriamiento que tiene una diferencia de temperatura de al menos 50ºC o más con respecto a la temperatura de inicio del enfriamiento y que es igual o superior a 600ºC a una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 1,0ºC/s o superior, en términos de la temperatura superficial externa.
