Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método para preparar un sustrato fluorado, que comprende: combinar fluoruro de potasio, una o más sales de imidazol, y un sustrato sustituido por al menos un grupo cloro, bromo, sulfonilo, o nitro, para de ese modo proporcionar el sustrato fluorado. Reivindicación 18: El método de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, donde el sustrato tiene la fórmula (1) ó (2) donde A es Cl, Br, SO₂R⁸ o NO₂; B es H, Cl, Br, SO₂R⁸ o NO₂; C es H, Cl, Br, SO₂R⁸ o NO₂; R¹ es H, CN, o CO₂R⁸, donde cada R⁸ es, independiente de cualquier otro, alquilo C₁₋₁₂, alquenilo C₂₋₁₂, alquinilo C₂₋₁₂, heterocicloalquilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo o arilo opcionalmente sustituido; y R² es H, arilo sustituido o no sustituido, heteroarilo sustituido o no sustituido; y donde el producto fluorado tiene la fórmula (3) ó (4) donde D es B o F; y G es B o F.
